Biography: William Betzner is a Master’s of Neuroscience candidate at the University of Calgary and a VAST Scholar. He is the Co-President of the VAST Trainee Committee and alongside Ahmadreza Attarpour, runs the bimonthly VAST Journal Club. His research focuses on the perspectives of people living with dementia who experience a stroke, their primary caregivers, and insights from acute stroke physicians.
