If you are coming directly from the Calgary airport to Banff, we recommend the Banff Airporter. Receive a 15% discount on the Banff Airporter's daily shuttle service between the Calgary Airport and the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. Proceed through the reservation and type - VAST - in the "Promo Code?" section on the final payment page to receive the discount. The discount code works up to 2 weeks before the event starts. To guarantee availability, make a reservation at least a month prior to travel.

For those staying in Calgary prior to the conference for the pre-sessions at the University of Calgary Foothills Campus, we would recommend the following accommodations. Again, please contact Jolene to arrange room shares if needed.

1. Best Western Plus Village Park Inn - located along the train line, a 27 minute walk or 12 minute bus ride to campus

2. Centro Motel - located along the river and a 35 minute walk to campus

3. Days Inn Calgary Northwest - located along the river and a 32 minute walk to campus

4. Alt Hotel University District - located in the vibrant University district, a 29 minute walk or 13 minute bus ride to campus
